TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- BOOKINGS -: All room bookings must be secured with a 50% non refundable deposit. Account Holders/ Booking Agencies will be charged 50% for all no shows.
- CANCELLATIONS-: Corporate/Group bookings must be cancelled within 7 days of booking date and funds will only be refunded in the event of the rooms being re-let. Single room bookings must allow 48 hours from booking date after which full rates will be charged.
- METHODS OF PAYMENT -: All major credit cards accepted. Cheques will only be accepted providing all funds cleared at least 14 days prior to booking date.
- CHECK IN TIME -: Not before 14:00hrs, luggage may be left earlier by prior arrangement.
- CHECK OUT TIME -: 10:00hrs, customers failing to vacate rooms may incur excess charge.
- ROOM RATES -: Special Rates apply high season, Corporate/Group bookings welcome, and full board packages available. Low season rates apply; please ring (01983 295171) for availability and prices.
